Our process

How we work, from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Six plain steps with a free home visit, an itemized estimate and regular updates. You always know what we are doing, why and what comes next.

Step 1

Call and schedule

You tell us about your project and what you want to change: a repair, new shelving, a closet conversion or a whole walk-in. We ask a few questions, listen and set a visit that fits your day.

Step 2

Visit and measure

We visit, measure, photograph the conditions and look at the walls, outlets and heat sources. We ask how you use the space and what has and has not worked.

Step 3

Design and estimate

We plan the layout, shelf depths, doors and lighting and give you an itemized written estimate with the materials, hardware, finishes, schedule and options.

Questions

Before you start.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The home visit and the written estimate are free and come with no obligation. You approve a written scope and price before any work begins.

What areas do you serve?

Nashville and communities across Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet and more. See the service areas page for the full list.

Do I need a big space for a pantry?

No. A reach-in closet, a pull-out cabinet or a corner can work very well when it is planned carefully. We look at what you have and suggest the best fit.

What services do you offer?

Design and planning, pantry installation, shelving and organizers, doors, lighting and finishes, organization systems, repair and remodel, and commercial work.

What drives the cost of a pantry?

The size, shelving material, drawers and pull-outs, door style, lighting, finishes and the work around the pantry such as paint, trim and electrical.

How long does a project take?

Simple shelving can be done in a day or two. Custom builds take longer, with time for materials to arrive. We give you a schedule with the estimate.

How do I compare bids?

Ask each installer to price the same layout, materials, hardware and finishes. Our bid scorecard helps you compare scope, references and communication.
